‘Thomas Jefferson’ Recites the Declaration on Independence Day

A local man who's known for dressing up as Thomas Jefferson and reciting the Declaration of Independence will be doing so several times on July 4.  You can find Ken Krefft  at the planned stops listed below on Independence Day:

10 a.m. - Strawn's Eat Shop, 125 Kings Highway in Shreveport

1 p.m. - Cane River Pavilion, Cane River in Natchitoches

3 p.m. - Academy Sports, 140 E. Bert Kouns in Shreveport

3:45 p.m. - Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, 100 Bass Pro Drive (Louisiana Boardwalk) in Bossier City

4:20 p.m. - KTBS-TV 3 Festival, Clyde Fant Parkway by the Red River in downtown Shreveport

Krefft also has two recitations planned for Friday, July 16:

1 p.m. - Shreve Memorial Library, 1212 Captain Shreve Drive in Shreveport

2 p.m. - Azalea Estates, 516 E. Flournoy-Lucas Road in shreveport
