We're slowly getting there. Topgolf in Baton Rouge is re-opening today after being closed for months due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The facility right past Siegen Lane near I-10 will reopen its doors today (Tue, 6/9) at noon with a few changes to ensure guests can enjoy their experience with confidence, the company announced on Monday.

Topgolf has established new social distancing guidelines throughout the venue and advanced online reservations will be available for guests to book open-air bays before arrival.

Additionally, the outdoor hitting areas will be disinfected before and after every group along with golf clubs, golf balls, and game screens. The venue has also installed dividers between bays, which are 11 feet apart from tee to tee.

All employees are required to wear masks during their shifts and gloves while handling food and drinks.

Topgolf's reopening fits under Louisiana's Phase 2 reopening plan which allowed bowling alleys, pool halls, and driving ranges to open back up.
