According to the University of Texas, the A/C in the visitors locker room was working just fine.

Texas has finally responded to claims that the visitor's locker room had no A/C. This claim really ramped up with some serious credibility when LSU head coach Ed Orgeron had this to say:

I called Louisiana Tech, they told us about it so we did some things in the dressing room that were better.  It wasn’t great, but it was better.  At least we had air in there.  They didn’t have air, we had some blowers in there

So, according to Coach O, LA Tech also received the warm welcome in the locker room, and passed the word along to the Bayou Bengals before they made their trip to Austin.

The University of Texas responded today, and denied the allegations, while stating that neither LA Tech nor LSU made a point to mention the A/C situation to the university.
