Vine For Kids - Will it Work For My Kid?

I just learned that Vine has a new kid friendly version. But will my fickle, difficult to please, iPad hijacking daughter enjoy it? First, a little something about my 4-year old.

She absolutely hates loud noises. I hope Vine for kids doesn't have loud bursts of volume. Any sudden noises and the iPad goes flying across the room!

Will the app have in-app purchases? One time I saw her attempting to crack my almost-too-easy iTunes password and buying more dresses for My Little Pony in the app store.

Will Vine Kids be tied to a parents Facebook or Twitter? My friends had a field day when they received timeline posts about her clearing the next level of Barbie Island Adventures.
