In most cases, when a model takes a tumble on the catwalk, the culprit is the footwear. Perhaps she had one glass too many of champagne backstage, but we'll never know for sure. It's gotta be quite the embarrassing moment, what with everyone in the room staring at you as your clumsy gene decides to kick in. To their credit, though, they get right back up like nothing happened. Unless they're trapped in a hole, of course.
