Woman Sentenced for Bringing Louisiana Teen To Texas for Sex

42 year old Martha Ojeda, of Pflugerville, Texas has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for taking a 15 year old boy on a interstate sexual tryst.

NOLA.com reports that the unnamed teenager and Ojeda planned to meet up and spend the rest of their lives together after hooking up on social media in February 2017.  The two started exchanging sexually explicit messages, including photos and videos, and eventually hatched a plan to be together in real life.  The plan was for Martha to take a bus to Franklinton, Louisiana and pick up the boy.  The pair would then make their way to New Orleans to spend a few celebratory nights together before heading back to Pflugerville, Texas - where they would start their new life together.

In April of last year, the couple executed the plan - and it almost went without a hitch.  The FBI would catch up to the pair shortly after they made their way back to Texas, and they arrested the 42 year old and charged her with interstate travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct. Martha was sentenced to 5 years in prison for her crimes, and will be required to register as a sex offender and be subject to 10 years of probation after getting out of prison.
