Caddo Parish Animal Shelter Ended Ties with Paws 4 Life

According to KTBS, Caddo Parish Animal Shelter informed the leader of Paws 4 Life, Tanya Parker, that they were no longer needing their services were no longer needed. In the official letter that stated this information says that it was due to Parker's "presence impacting the morale and welfare" of their employees. However, Parker says that when she asked for an example none was presented to her.
