The National Weather Service reports our area we could see as much as 6 inches of rain over the next few days. The Weather Channel says some parts of the Arklatex could get as much as 7 inches of rain.
Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator is also the Director of Homeland Security and he says flooding is a concern in several areas in Caddo Parish. We caught up with him to talk about some of the troubled spots.
He also discusses the bigger problem of flooding on the Red River and the possible solutions.
