Dairy Queen Hosts ‘Miracle Treat Day’ August 2nd

There are two things that Ark-La-Texans love: their children and their DQ Blizzard!

On Thursday, August 2nd we can satisfy our craving for this blended up soft serve confection and help children right here in Shreveport - Bossier City at the same time during Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen!

Miracle Treat Day just doesn't happen here in the Ark-La-Tex, it's a NATIONWIDE movement aimed to help improve the lives of children in our community through the works of the Children's Miracle Network.

Seeing how its plenty hot in the SBC, the perfect way to cool off is with a DQ Blizzard! You can't mess up a Blizzard, you make it your own with nuts, cookie chunks, candy bits, or fruit all blended in that famous DQ soft serve served upside down to you. When you stop by your local participating DQ on Thursday, August 2nd, you'll be helping kids right here in Shreveport - Bossier City. During Miracle Treat Day, Dairy Queen will donate a portion of the cost of every Blizzard sold to the Children's Miracle Network and will benefit children here in the SBC at CHRISTUS Shreveport Bossier Health System.
