Dustin Hoffman Video Interview on Women’s Looks after Playing “Tootsie”

Have you seen the Dustin Hoffman interview yet? It's actually a few months old, but it's getting lots of attention now.  He says he learned a life lesson while playing a woman in the movie "Tootsie". He changed the way he looked at women because he found out that women who don't "look" a certain way often are overlooked in society. He says he was guilty of ignoring some of the most interesting women in the world just because of the way they looked.
