Sunday, November 7th is going to be a major struggle for some of us. Daylight Saving Time ends at 2:00 a.m. and we aren't ready. I say we because all my buddies and I are dreading losing that hour of sunlight.

It has already started getting dark when I was used to enjoying the sunlight.

I normally am able to go for a jog outside and catch the sunset, not anymore. That weird feeling started settling in. Seasonal depression, is that you?

Come Monday, November 8th we will basically drag along.

Experts say that for at least the next month or so, we are going to struggle to keep it together. Although we were given an extra hour of sleep, it still doesn't help how sleepy we are all feeling. Why are we feeling so bad? We hate change and it messes with us mentally.

There is serious danger in all of us driving around feeling like zombies.

There is always a spike in motor vehicle accidents after a time change, because we just can't seem to keep it together.

You and I can try some things instead of showing up to work tired, looking like a raccoon with dark circles under your eyes. This is what experts suggest.
