Gingerbread House Food Truck Block Party 2018

When food trucks compete we all win! That's exactly what's going to go down on Saturday, April 7th in Bossier City and the entire block party is benefitting the Gingerbread House. The event will take place 11am-6pm at Flying Heart Brewery and is fun for the entire family.

According to the event page some of the food trucks that'll be attending are BeauxJax Mobile Cajun Eatery, McCoy's Butcher Block, Yes We're Cookin', Sophie's Italian Ice, and Flying Heart Brewing & Pub. Besides the trucks there will be lots of fun activities including local vendors, games and activities for the kids, other entertainment. The block party is fun for the entire family and will have a children's area.

The event is benefitting Gingerbread House which helps child victims of sexual or severe physical abuse. In 2016 they helped with forensic interviews for 776 children and a total of 367 outreach activities impacting 23,208 individuals.
