Geek'd Con, Shreveport's biggest comic and pop culture convention, is back for 2018. August 17-19 at the Shreveport Convention Center in Downtown Shreveport.

For the last few years, Geek'd Con has been Shreveport's version of a "comic con", bringing in guests like Elvira Mistress of the Dark (Cassandra Peterson), Lou Ferrigno, Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew), Tara Reid, comic book legend George Perez, Joey Fatone, Billy West, and a ton of other huge geek celebrities.

We already know that this year's Geek'd Con will feature the original TV Flash, John Wesley Shipp, along with child star Jonathan Lipnicki, and voice actor Dana Snyder. Now we know who the next person joining him on the lineup is.

Three time WWF Champion, and WWE Hall of Fame member, Mick Foley will be coming to Shreveport this year!

Foley made is mark in pro wrestling across multiple levels, not just WWF/WWE, but WCW, ECW, World Class, in Japan, Mexico, and pretty much anywhere he stopped.

Not only did he win 3 WWF Championships, he was an 8-time Tag Team champion and held the Hardcore Championship for WWF as well. In WCW he was a Tag Team Champion, and in ECW he held the Tag Team Titles twice.

Know as Mick Foley, Cactus Jack, Dude Love, and Mankind...Mrs. Foley's Baby Boy has had major runs under multiple personas, including one WWF Royal Rumble where he entered as three different characters, three different times.

This year, Mick is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of what might be his most memorable moment. In 1998, he took on The Undertaker in a Hell In A Cell Match at the King of the Ring pay-per-view. During that match, Foley was thrown from the top of the cage onto an announce table. A moment that stopped the wrestling world in its tracks. A moment that is forever burned into the minds of those watching live. A moment that will live forever.

Come celebrate the 20th Anniversary of that HIAC match with Mick Foley, at Geek'd Con 2018! Tickets are on sale now at
