Becker's Hospital Review Has Broken Our Chubby Little Hearts in Shreveport.

WalletHub revealed that Shreveport was one of the fattest cities in the U.S. At first, we figured we could ignore it since WalletHub never has anything positive to say about Shreveport or Louisiana in general. However, Becker's Hospital Review has now acknowledged WalletHub's analysis and has basically said "WalletHub is right."

Why is This Concerning? We Can't Ignore These Fat Facts Anymore.

WalletHub has a team of analysts who compare 100 of the most populated U.S. metro areas. In order to find out who is the fattest, they check three categories: Food and fitness, obesity, and health consequences.

Here are the 10 Most Overweight and Obese Cities in the U.S.:

1. McAllen, Texas

2. Memphis, Tenn.

3. Knoxville, Tenn.

4. Mobile, Ala.

5. Jackson, Miss.

6. Birmingham, Ala.

7. Little Rock, Ark.

8. Shreveport, La.

9. Augusta, Ga.

10. Baton Rouge, La.

I guess this is the part where we need to call our local gym and ask for a trainer? Hopefully, we fall out of The Top 10 List of the Fattest Cities in America in 2023.
