This story has definitely taken over the internet and people are in an outrage...as they should be! Is handcuffing children the correct way to punish them?

That's obviously what some Kentucky deputy sheriffs (Sheriff Kevin Summer and Sheriff Chuck Korzenborn) thought when they took it upon themselves to allegedly handcuff two children on two different occasions at a school in Kentucky. The incident with the eight-year-old boy with ADHD was caught on tape and his parents are suing the sheriff. In fact, you can hear the little boy crying in pain.

The law in Kentucky prohibits handcuffing children unless the child is a danger to himself or others.
