The Krewe of Gemini is the oldest parading krewe in the Ark-La-Tex and they're ready to 'Let the Good Times Roll' at their Gemini XXIX Grand Bal!

This year's theme is 'For Those About to Rock, Gemini Salutes You!' Festivities will take place Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Shreveport Convention Center starting at 6:30pm, with tableau at 8pm.

During the tableau showcasing 'Rock n' Roll Memories' and elaborate costumes, this year's royalty will be presented and they are as follows:

--Duke and Duchess of Louisiana: Scott Steele and Sherry Roche

--Prince Jake Skipper, son of John Swanson and Michelle Skipper, Benton High School
--Princess Emma Chamberlain, daughter of Patrick and Mary Gallagher, Benton High School
--Princess Kensey Colbert, daughter of Chase and Jody Colbert and granddaughter of Krewe members Al Cobb and LaVelle Pinder, Airline High School
--Princess Isabella Criswell, daughter of Jeff and Leanna Criswell and granddaughter of Charter Krewe members Ed and Ann Criswell, Captain Shreve High School

Don't forget the Krewe of Gemini parade Saturday, February 10, 2018 starting at 4pm. This year's Grand Marshal is Elaine Ramoz, a Shreveport resident, honored for her work overseeing the Special Olympics of Northwest Louisiana.
