Louisiana Man Arrested After Causing Second Fatal Crash in Four Months

Louisiana State Troopers have arrested the same man for the second time in four months for negligent homicide.

Salvatore Euggino of Ethel, LA, hit and killed a pessanger in an oncoming car, after he aimlessly veered his car into oncoming traffic just four months ago. This week, Euggino was arrested yet again for doing the exact same thing. This time, Euggino hit and killed a walking pedestrian, then fled the scene and was eventually found by Troopers at a nearby business. Somehow, Euggino was not under the influence of any alcohol or drugs.

Euggino is charged with negligent homicide, hit and run driving, and careless operation.
