Map Shows Stark Contrast After Ban on American Travelers
Before the travel ban, the majority of the map was green, meaning that an American passport would grant you entry to most countries (with some, like Russia, requiring a Visa in addition to a passport).
Now, at the height of the coronavirus pandemic, the majority of the map is black. Not only is your passport almost worthless for international travel, but some states are even putting restrictions on visitors, requiring residents of certain other states to quarantine after entering.
As scientists and doctors work on finding a cure or a vaccine and continue to make improvements in treatment protocols, we need to do our part to help mitigate the spread of this virus.
