One of the easiest ways to show love is to simply feed one another.

Food definitely feeds the soul and, in my house, it's one of the way we show our love and appreciation. Margaritaville understands this and is offering a free buffet for our men and women in uniform.

On Veterans Day, November 11, 2016, Margaritaville's World Tour Buffet is offering a complimentary meal to members of every branch of the military. Veterans may stop by and enjoy the Veterans Day Buffet anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

To receive your complimentary meal you will need to present one of these forms of identification:

-Veterans' ID Card

-Military ID for active members

-Military Dependent ID

-Copy of DD214

In addition, a "Missing Man Table" will be featured as a tribute those Veterans we have lost during their service to this country. The table will be set with seven place settings for each branch of the military. Items on this table each represent the characteristics of our men and women in uniform.

The round table shows everlasting concern for U.S. soldiers. The tablecloth is white to indicate pure motives when answering the call to serve. A single rose will serve as a reminder of the lives of these Veterans, their loved ones and friends. A yellow ribbon indicates Americans' continued uncertainty, hope for their return, and determination to account for them. One slice of lemon reminds us of their bitter fate, captured and missing in another land. A pinch of salt resembles the tears shed by the missing and their loved ones. A lit candle shows hope for their return. The Bible represents the strength gained through faith. One glass is inverted reminding us of their inability to share in a toast. And finally the chairs remain empty for those whom we are missing.
