You will never find me cracking wise about a Mom's inability to remember things. For the most part, they do really great in remembering the hard stuff and the tiny small details that fathers never knew existed. However, Moms are human and every now and then they too make a slight faux pas.

It just goes to show you that even the Good Lord's most amazing creations, mothers, can have an off day. And thank you to this Mom who was kind enough to share her humanity with the rest of us so we could share in her laughter while we remind ourselves to not take things so seriously sometimes.
