Neverland Ranch for Sale, Kylie Jenner Graduates + More

Whenever I see a realty listing that says ‘ranch’ anywhere in it, I have to check it out. After all, I am the crazy horse lady on the radio. So when I saw that a realtor (Sotheby’s) had listed Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch for $100 million, I just had to take a look. Know what’s interesting about it? They don’t mention Michael anywhere in the listing. In fact, the only way you’d know it was his ranch is that some of the shrubs in the front of the house spell ‘Neverland’ and you can see part of it in two pictures. Seriously, you have to be on your game to catch it! FYI, Sotheby’s has renamed the property Sycamore Ranch.
