UPDATE: Tuesday, June 2 7:45pm KEEL News has learned that the incident at Le Rivage Apartments in Bossier City was not a kidnapping. Public Information Officer, Mark Natale, tells us that the man in question was being taken into custody by a bail bondsman.

Original Story:
Bossier City police are investigating the possible kidnapping of a man in the parking lot of a local apartment complex. Police were called to the Le Rivage Apartments, the complex near Shed Road and I-220, located in the 2000 block of Valley View Circle at around 1:30 this afternoon.

A resident reported hearing a commotion in the parking lot and then seeing an adult male being placed into a red pickup truck by a white male and white female, both of whom appeared to be adults.

Detectives are looking into what might have happened. In the meantime, they've released security camera video taken at the complex that shows the suspects' truck. It appears to be a red Ford F-150 Raptor pickup truck with a black grill, dark-tinted windows, black wheel rims, black fender flares, black running boards, a sun roof and a black design on the rear quarter panels.

If you have any information that can help police locate the truck, call Bossier Crime Stoppers at 424-4100 or detectives at 741-8642.
