Quarantine or Isolation? What’s The Difference, And Which One Should You Do If Exposed To COVID-19?
COVID-19 is confusing as hell.
In one of the most unprecedented (and incredibly inconsistent) times, it feels like the goalposts move every day. The confusion coupled with the anxiety we feel is what makes COVID-19 so frustrating and with all the misinformation floating around from extremists and Facebook experts some people don't know what to believe anymore.
Luckily, as time goes on, we're learning more about the coronavirus and its effects—not to mention a TON of those conspiracy theories we heard early on in the pandemic simply aren't aging well. (and that's not a bad thing!)
What we do know is that when it comes to being exposed to COVID-19 there are two options: Quarantine or Isolation. But which one do you choose? Our friends at LCG shared an infographic that is really easy to understand and hopefully, it will help to answer any questions you may have when it comes to what to do if you're exposed to the coronavirus.
Although there are still many unknowns and uncertainties, continue to wash your hands, wear your mask, and keep social distancing when possible.
