Just a day after putting it on the market. Rosie O'Donnell has a buyer for her Chicago Townhouse.

It's a 12-room, 6,000-square-foot house in Chicago where she lives part-time. She listed it for $2.5 million and the contract was signed within hour.  Rosie bought it last fall for $2.25 million from Erik Logan, President of  the Oprah Winfrey Network.
