Even with all the craziness going on in 2020, there are still a few things that will never change during this time of year. Whether your kids have been on the "naughty" list or the "nice" list, they no doubt will want to talk to Santa Claus at some point during the holiday season. Christmas just wouldn't be the same without a visit or a letter to Santa Claus.

Well, the folks at the Santa Claus Museum and Village in Santa Claus, Indiana have been answering letters from little children since 1914. That's right, every child that writes a letter to the big guy gets a response. And that, I suppose, is really a Christmas miracle. The official Santa Claus Post Office (which you can see in the video below) makes sure that every little good girl and boy gets a personal letter back, with the assistance of his many "helpers" that make the season so merry and bright. Just make sure your letter is postmarked by December 20th, in order to get a response in time for Christmas. And make sure your return address can be read by the elves!

The best part is, nothing costs a thing, just postage to send the letters. Thousands of letters have been sent to the address below from all over the world, and if your household needs a little extra Christmas joy this year, just address the correspondence to:

  • Santa Claus
  • PO Box 1
  • Santa Claus, Indiana 47579
