Science Says Drink Wine Before Bed and You’ll Lose Weight
I will never turn down a nice glass of wine after a long day. You know what, make it two glasses. Apparently having two glasses a night will actually cause you to loose weight.
According to The Sun, "The studies come from Washington State University and Harvard Medical School and explain that there is a polyphenol called "reservatrol" in red wine that lends us a hand in the weight loss department."
So that settles it. Science says that when you drink wine at night you will lose weight. Just keep your wine red and you're good.
You know, I have done almost every diet under the sun. I have done Beach Body, Meal Replacement Shakes, and all the Sparks. What if this is the way we all get skinny? Just keep it to two glasses a night and you are solid.
