Shreveport Bank Holdup…Erin Is Right There!!

I was inside Happy Bellys on Youree Drive when a guy walks into the Capital One Bank branch right across the street and he holds up the bank!! What was I doing? If only I would have put down that double dip swirl cone, I could have captured the bad guy!! But in any crisis, a girl has to have her priorities...and Happy Belly uber alles!!   Now I did wander across the street and talk with a real hero.  Kim Toney was driving down Youree when the thief comes running out of the bank.  Kim immediately knew something was wrong and she began following the guy in her car.  He ran into the neighborhood and when he realized she was following him, he darted behind some houses.

Kim tells me she saw smoke coming from the bag he was carrying and realized immediately it was a dye pack that had gone off in the bag.  She happens to work for Capital One and was coming from a dental appointment when the robbery happened.  No one in the bank was hurt.
