Shreveport Man Arrested for Child Cruelty to a 2 Year Old

KSLA reports that 30-year-old Steven M. Funderburk has been arrested and accused on separate occasions of slapping a two year old child in the face, and would put the child in a refrigerator as a form of punishment.

Funderburk's bail was set at $100,000.
