Strangest Football Play Ever: Holder Acts Like A Monkey To Distract the Defense (Video)

They call it 'The Wrecking Ball' and so far it's a play that's worked every time. Well, okay, it's only been tried once, but it sure did fool the defense!

'The Wrecking Ball' is a fake extra point attempt designed by the coaches at Sherwood High School in Oregon and they gave it a try in a recent victory over rival Putnam.

It starts with the Sherwood lads lining up to try the traditional extra point after a touchdown. But then things get really weird, with the holder running toward the referee mimicking a monkey. Don't believe me? Take a look at the video and see for yourself!
