By yourself or with someone else--turn up the music and dance with abandon. Give it at least 15-20 minutes and I promise you'll feel better than you did.
There's no denying if you're depressed, lonely, or feeling generally melancholy during a time of year that's meant to be extra merry, it can make one extra sad.
It's easy to dread interacting with some of these people. Often, we can't avoid them--especially if they are a boss or a family member. I find this helps.
