I'm laughing already! Louisiana has some really crazy laws. In these days and times, I'm not shocked by much, but I must admit some of these rules and regulations left me speechless. Laws were enacted to help control and protect society. They are supposed to keep order and provide a standard for behavior in civilized civilizations. Right?

Right. Well, tell that to the folks in Washington. As of late, upholding the law is the last thing on people's minds. These days, the nation's lawmakers don't follow the laws of the land themselves, much less uphold them. That's a whole other story.   7. It's illegal for kids to play anywhere but in a playground. And if you want to play in Lafayette Square, you better have a permit.

  9. It's illegal to shine lasers on police..
  10. All reptile owners must keep their animals 200 yards away from all Mardi Gras parades.
