The hashtag #HeyJustin is trending right now, all because a young man with 22q is asking for a simple "hey". (Yes, I asked Google "What is 22q?" too!)

As you can see in the video above, originally posted by Justin G, he says that if people tell him hello it would "make my heart happy'. So people started to say "Hey Justin". Lots of people. At the time of this post, the video has been viewed over 1.5 million times.

Justin has "22q Syndrome", also known as DiGeorge Syndrome. According to the Mayo Clinic, the disorder is caused by having a part of Chromosome 22 missing. When this happens, it can cause poor development of some of the body's systems.

Not only are people from around the world now dropping a "Hello" with the #HeyJustin hashtag, but other people diagnosed with 22q are reaching out to him to show support and let him know he is not in this alone.

When you think about it: none of us are in this alone. All of us should take the time to reach out to others to let them know this.

If you get a chance, I am sure that Justin would love one more "Hello". Be that one.
