Hurricane Harvey has caused unbelievable damage in Houston and the surrounding areas. Many residents from the Ark-La-Tex have stepped up and taken their boats and jet ski's to help with recovery efforts. Krewe of Barkus and Meoux along with Classic Kippers are doing their best to make sure no animal goes without food or blankets in the midst of Hurricane Harvey. "It's always a great thing when the animal community comes together." said Tresa Frye from Little House of Groom in Bossier City. Tresa and her husband Dave Frye along with several other local animal lovers are hoping to receive donations from fellow animal lovers. Classic Kippers will be organizing the transportation of donated items. "We are hoping people can donate food, water bowls, really anything that they can get. We need to help the animals, anything our community can do would be appreciated" said Dave Frye with Little House of Groom.
