If you're one of those people who can't start your day until you've had that first cup of coffee...you're doing it wrong!

I LOVE my coffee! I'm definitely one of those people that have to have my coffee as soon as I get to work, so it looks like I'm doing something right.

Supposedly, a new study has come out saying that in order for coffee to be most effective, you shouldn't drink it until you get to work. According to this study, if you drink coffee the minute you wake up it effects the cortisol levels in your body, counteracting the caffeine.

The good news is you can just keep doing what you're doing, and ignore all this if you want to.  Drinking coffee right after you wake up won't kill you.
