Basketball Referee Gets Knocked Out At Tip-Off [Video]

A basketball official was knocked out during tip-off at the Vanderbilt and La Salle game. Referee Rick Crawford took an elbow to the temple region and immediately fell to the floor.

What was so scary was the fact the Crawford's eyes never closed. He was soon rolled off the court on a stretcher.

The good news is that Crawford is okay, and will be able to resume officiating in the near future.
