Bossier City Animal Control is in desperate need of help. Every single dog kennel is full as of this week. This means that not only can they not take in any more dogs, it also means that some of these sweet babies are facing euthanization.

If you've even thought about adopting, now is the time. There are some incredible companions available to brighten your life right now at Bossier City Animal Control! Let's not lose a single baby because of apathy.

I personally adopted our fifth dog from BCAC in November and even though we needed a fifth dog like a hole in the head, we already can't imagine life without Cajun! Please find it in your heart to help! The Friends of Bossier City Animal Control are holding an adoption event this Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 10am-3pm at the shelter at 3217 Old Shed Road in Bossier City. Adoption fees for both cats and dogs range from $10-$85. We hope to see you there!

If you'd like to volunteer to help at BCAC, contact Hand in Paw, a group that dedicated to finding homes for pets brought to Bossier City Animal Control. To find out more, call  (318) 401-3934.
