Car Thief Ends High-Speed Chase By Getting Out Of Car And Dancing [VIDEO]

A woman in L.A. stole a car and took it on a high-speed chase. Unfortunate for her, she got caught. But luckily, she got to do a little jig before getting arrested.
If I were getting arrested, I really don't think I'd be doing a dance.
