Closing Arguments Today In Seaton Trial

Big day in Caddo District Court today for former Shreveport Assistant Chief Administrative Officer. 

Closing arguments in his forcible rape trial are set to begin at before Judge Ramona Emmanuel at 2 this afternoon.  He's accused of forcible rape and abuse of power.  A Georgia teenager claims Seaton raped her in the Mayor's office after the 2010 Independence Bowl.
