Combined Christmas Events In Springhill and Sarepta, LA

It's going to be one day with two towns full of fun in Webster Parish Saturday, November 29th! Springhill and Sarepta, LA have teamed up to bring North Webster Parish together for the Holidays.

Begin the Christmas season early in these two North Webster Towns.  Both Springhill and Sarepta are combining their events to make this one big day, Saturday, November 29, fun filled and packed with festive activities for the whole family.  You may start your day in Sarepta at 10:00 A. M., drive a few miles up Highway #371 to Springhill at 2:00 P. M. for the Annual Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade, Santa in the Park, shop along Main Street with stores loaded with goodies and return to Sarepta to finish up your day with the spectacular fireworks light show at dark.

SAREPTA EVENTS:

6^th ANNUAL CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL IN SAREPTA, LOUISIANA 

November 29, 2014
WHEN:  10:00 A.M. – Until after dark. 
            SITE:  The Town of Sarepta Park.  Turn off Highway 2 onto Vines Street.
            THEME:  “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree”
            VENDORS welcome. Contact numbers below.
            Food, Fun, Entertainment, Crafts and much more!
            Activities include Youth climbing wall, 2 story slide, jumping house all in children activity area, Silent Auction, Car Show, Hidden Treasure, Lots of food, Live Entertainment on stage, Holiday Bicycle Parade and visit with Santa Claus BEFORE Santa participates in the Chamber Christmas Parade, vendors with arts and crafts and the Fireworks Demonstration at dark.

SPRINGHILL EVENTS:

 
2:00 – The Springhill-North Webster Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade rolls.
 
            This year’s parade theme is “Lights, Camera, Christmas”. 
                        You and your organization are welcome to participate. 
                        It’s free! 
                        All you do is contact the Chamber, 400 North Giles Street, Springhill, 318-539-4717, to sign up and get detailed information.
             The Chamber is proud to announce that the Harris Family (Adam, Kelli, Lauren, Tatum and Aspen) will be the 2014 Grand Marshals.
             After the parade will be “Santa In The Park” for all youngsters to come and talk to Santa Claus. 
            There will be Story Lady reading “The Night Before Christmas” for all to enjoy.
            The Christmas Tree and thousands of lights in the park will be turned on.
            Merchants along Main Street will be open celebrating with Holiday Spirit!
