By now you have probably heard about Newark Mayor Cory Booker who literally rushed into burning building to rescue his neighbor. Well, that heroic move had thrust him into instant fame. Mayor Booker  has been almost working overtime to downplay his heroism and the more he downplays it, the more famous he gets. It is almost like he is getting more famous, the more he tries to humble himself and his selfless action, the users of Twitter have become more rabid in uplifting him and his actions. In a word, the Mayor has become an internet “meme”.
