Courteney Cox is addressing those many plastic surgery regrets — she's done away with her fillers completely.

Cox, who chronicled a history of going under the knife in an August 2016 appearance on Bear Grylls' Running Wildtold New Beauty in a new interview that she's taken steps to scale back a drastic change in appearance.

"I've had all my fillers dissolved," she said. "I was trying so hard to keep up, and that actually made things worse. Now, I’m as natural as I can be."

Cox said that finding a spot in Hollywood at a young age made her believe appearance was paramount, but after experimenting with certain procedures, she didn't even recognize herself.

"The next thing you know, you're layered and layered," she said. "You have no idea because it's gradual until you go, 'Oh, s---, this doesn't look right.'"

But now that she's addressed her transformation, Cox says she's feeling more beautiful than ever.

"I feel better because I look like myself," she said. "I think that I now look more like the person that I was. I hope I do. Things are going to change. Everything's going to drop. I was trying to make it not drop, but that made me look fake."

"You need movement in your face, especially if you have thin skin like I do," she added. "Those aren’t wrinkles—they’re smile lines. I’ve had to learn to embrace movement and realize that fillers are not my friend."
