Erin Might Check Out This Local Cooking Class

Just in time for Cinco De Mayo, there is a cooking class Saturday from 10-noon.

Chef David Bates who was trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York will be teaching you some of his techniques. He's going to do pulled pork tacos and you will also learn how to make homemade salsa. You get to eat what you create in class.
