The New York penthouse Joan Rivers called home for 25 years is back on the market.

This exquisite 5,000 square foot condo went on the market yesterday and Rivers' family is asking that potential buyers look at the space as a place of humor and celebration, despite the fact that Rivers' died suddenly at age 81.
