Shreveport Company Creates Storybook App

Moonbot/Twin Engine Labs

Two Shreveport companies have teamed up to create an interactive, animated story book iPad app for the young and young at heart.  Moonbot Studios and Twin Engine Labs have been collaborating on the project for the past eight months.  Based on Bill Joyce’s book and short video by the same name, “The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore” should be hitting the Apple iTunes store sometime this week.

Joyce and Brandon Oldenburg at Moonbot put together a team to create all of the images in 3D — Twin Engine Labs then developed the app. Its creators say it’s both fun and educational and totally unlike any app you’ve ever seen before.
