Taylor Swift's Bad News, A New Nicholas Sparks Movie + More

Bad news for Taylor Swift’s family. Taylor told her fans this week that her mother has been diagnosed with cancer and she wanted people to know to encourage them to get screened… even if they aren’t sick, because that’s how her cancer was detected. Prayers going up for Taylor, her mom and the rest of her family.

I love movies based on Nicholas Sparks books almost as much as I love his books! His latest big screen adaptation hit theaters this weekend called The Longest Ride. It stars Clint Eastwood’s son Scott Eastwood. Other movies out this weekend include a sci-fi movie about a sexy female robot called Ex Machina and Kristen Stewart in an ‘alternative life style’ drama.

Who keeps Chase Bryant in line on tour? Believe it or not, it’s his bulldog Harley! He says, quote, "It allows me to give my time to something that's worth giving my time to . . . and not just doing something stupid on the road."

If you recently flew and got engaged on the plane, Scotty McCreery is looking for you! Apparently, the couple got engaged to his song See You Tonight and if that’s you, he wants to give you tickets and meet and greet passes to one of his shows!
