The New Dad Blog Of The Day

As my wife gets more pregnant, the need for some clothes that fit better is essential. She looks beautiful and I tell her that, but she needs to feel that way with what she wears, so we stopped into a clothing store for some shirts for her this weekend. While we were there, my son was looking around the store and came up to me with a stuffed animal. He 4 years old and LOVES elephants.

He looked at me and said "Daddy, this is an elephant." I agreed.

He then said, "This is for my baby sister".

I then asked him, "Do you want to get that for her, when you meet her?"

My son, "Yes".

This tells me, he is ready to be a big brother and that makes me happy.
