The New Dad Blog Of The Day – My Mom Has Skills

When our son was born, my wife got him a little chair, but he has since outgrown it (by a lot), so we put it away. Then my wife and Mom were talking  about that chair and my Mom had an idea. Since she is a fantastic maker of clothes (yes, she made and fixed a lot of clothes for me as a kid), she asked to have the chair and she would re-cover it.

She even had some extra fabric left over and she made our daughter a valance for her room. This little girl will be very colorful.
