Was This Weatherman Caught On Camera Relieving Himself?? [Video]

This weekend, a Weather Channel reporter, Mike Seidel, was reporting on the snowfall in North Carolina. But when the camera cut to him, did it look like he was caught relieving himself on LIVE television?

Just as NBC cut to the reporter in the field, he had his back to the camera and appeared to “zip up” as soon as they cut back to the studio.

According to NBC, they say the reporter was looking for his phone and was NOT relieving himself before his live shot. What do you think?
