They say summer bodies are made in the winter but everyone needs a cheat day, especially if you've been dieting for a while! Here are my favorite places to go and binge on a cheat day in Shreveport/Bossier City!

Their Shrimp Aurora is my go to at Monjuni's! The Shrimp Toast is pretty amazing, too!

The Pep+Chee is a great place to start with a Swiss+Shroom to finish!
