Although the winner is certainly deserving, she's definitely attractive in her own unique way.

The World's Ugliest Dog contest was in California on Friday, and the winner was a ten-year-old mutt from Florida named Quasi Modo.

She has several birth defects that give her a hunchback and she looks more like a hyena than a dog.  And just for Quasi Modo being 'ugly,' her owners are now $1500 richer!
